We at Top-Designer-Clothing wish to ensure that you are entirely satisfied with your purchase.

 

If for any reason you are not happy, then please contact us with 30 days of receipt and follow instructions as outlined below.

 

If you return the product in it's original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund your money (excluding postage costs), or provide you with an alternative if required. You will need to pay for the return postage and the cost of re-sending an alternative back to you. Any difference in value will be payable / refunded as appropriate.

 

If you return an item back to us that is faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason that is our fault, we will pay for the cost of the return postage. If this happens please contact us first and we will provide you with return instructions.

Please rest assured that this does not affect your statutory rights

Shipping

We use Royal Mail for UK deliveries, your order will be delivered between 9am and 5pm and will require a signature on receipt.

If you are not present at the time of delivery, Royal Mail will leave a calling card informing you to collect your parcel from your local Royal Mail depot.

WE DO NOT CURRENTLY SHIP TO: Africa, South America, Albania, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Philippines, Vietnam, Mexico, Iraq, Israel, Turkey, Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan Republic, Bangladesh, Kazakhstan.

Please Note
All orders will require a signature on delivery, please ensure that some one is at the delivery address to do this. If you are away from the delivery address our courier will put a card through your door allowing you to re-book a delivery with the courier or allow you to pick up the order from the depot or sorting office.
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

PAYMENT DETAILS & SECURITY
All payments to S&M Clothing (Int'l) Co. Ltd are handled securely by PayPal or Stripe. We accept payment by Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and solo. Payment will be debited from your card or account before the dispatch of the goods you have purchased. Upon processing a transaction, PayPal will issue you with an electronic transaction receipt which will be sent to the email address you provide.
S&M Clothing (Int'l) Co. Ltd does not hold your credit or debit card details as all card data is processed securely by PayPal or via Stripe.
